Texans safety D.J. Swearinger is under investigation for stealing a truck — his own — from a customizer, according to TMZ. Houston’s Espi Motors reportedly modified his F250 truck with matte black paint (with a Batman logo), speakers, new wheels, a custom grill and much more. All told, the modifications totaled $20,000. According to the car detailer, Swearinger took his truck, but never took care of the bill. The company filed an incident report, but Swearinger has not been charged....

The university made the announcement on Sunday about the death of Chance Gibson, who was a freshman at A&M and had just finished his first semester of college.
