The complaint, which was first reported by Bloomberg Law, was filed Monday and claims that a guidance issued June 15 by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) misinterprets the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling Bostock v. An investigation was launched into Knoxville police officers Leah Miller and Todd MacFaun after they posted the picture on their personal Facebook pages over Halloween weekend last year. The U.S. Attorney’s Office told The Dallas Morning News Tuesday that 45-year-old Darren Lewis has agreed to spend between 25 and 30 years behind bars. The office says Lewis’ accomplice Christopher Washington pleaded guilty Tuesday. It says all sides have agreed to the same sentences for both men....
